Health and Wellbeing

Employers have an obligation to maintain the mental health and wellbeing of all staff.  Bright HR Solutions can help you to put in place measures to prevent and manage risks to employee wellbeing, together with appropriate training and individual support. Incorporating these principles into regular initiatives to raise awareness of mental health issues at work will also seek to foster a mentally healthy culture.


Bright HR Solutions can advise and support on individual wellbeing matters and provide effective measures such as welfare meetings, stress risk assessments and wellness action plans to help support employee’s wellbeing at work.

Wellness action plans can help to identify: 

  • actions and measures that can support an employee’s mental health 
  • symptoms and triggers for poor mental health 
  • the impact mental health problems have, or could have, on an employee’s performance 
  • any workplace support required from an employee’s manager or colleagues 
  • any positive actions an employee can take when suffering from poor mental health 
  • a review process to ensure the workplace support is having the required effect
  • delivering training to managers - eg mental health in the workplace, wellbeing,
  • confidential welfare calls and meetings
  • referrals to occupational health
  • work with all staff to develop individual plans and support where necessary
